Ingredients:
Firstly beat the egg, milk and the oil together. Then separately mix the dry ingredients and add to the egg mix. With flour, dust out a buttered baking dish tapping away any excess once you’ve finished.
Add the cake mixture to the pan, leveling off with a baking knife. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at 370 degrees (F) and bake for 25 minutes. Congratulations, you have a stunning cinnamon coffee cake!
There are several variations for a suitable topping, but as I like coconut, here is the coconut recipe.

Mix the ingredients together and spread over the cake while it is still warm from baking. Put the cake into the top of the oven until the coconut topping has turned a light golden color.
