I found another interesting article about the health effects of caffeine. I’ve written on this topic several times, however – there is always room for another article, when it comes to our health. Wouldn’t you agree?
WTOP, an online version of Hubbard Radio, LLC released a further and very interesting story on ‘The pros and cons of the daily cup of coffee’.
It is true, myself included, that many thousands if not millions of people simply wouldn’t consider starting their day with their morning ‘caffeine fix’!
If you’ve read my article about coffee and health, then you know that there are actually no proven medical disadvantages of drinking caffeine, albeit that it gives us the ‘jitters’. But unless you have a serious heart condition, you really have nothing to fear from your thousandth cup this year.
The article in WTOP states that coffee is adduceable. However, I would disagree with that part of their story, and you can read why in my article about the very subject of becoming addicted to caffeine.
The article goes on to say that there are certain benefits from drinking and eating products which contain caffeine. At the very least, a cup of coffee may improve your daily mood for a small duration of time.
