How to Make St Valentines Cream

Ingredients:

  • 125g of cream cheese
  • 2 eggs (whites separate from yolks)
  • 2 dessert spoons of sugar
  • 2 dessert spoons of cream
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee (you can use freshly ground coffee beans, but make sure that you grind them until they are a powder or it will disturb the overall flavor.

Method:

Beat the cream cheese into the egg yolks, sugar and the cream until everything is well mixed together. Next add the coffee and mix well again. Beat the egg whites in a dish, then fold them into the mixture.

All that is left to do is chill them before teasing your taste buds with them! Serve chilled in small pots.

OR, you can use it as a delicious light cream poured over your plain cake or pudding.
