A Recipe for Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino

Here is a great recipe for a delicious pumpkin spice cappuccino

You can get this already in powder form, but if you are anything like me, you like to experiment with recipes and enjoy your work! Hey, if it turns out bad – then you could always turn to the shop mix!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cloves
  • Half a teaspoon of ground ginger
  • Half a cup of white sugar
  • Half a cup of brown sugar
  • 7 cups of strong coffee
  • 1 pack of solid pumpkin
  • 1 and half cups of cream

Method:

Put the cream and pumpkin in a blender and blend until you reach a thick consistency. Next add the spices, tasting as you go along to get your desired spiciness (I love spicy foods, so in goes the lot!)

Next mix in the coffee and slowly add the sugars, checking frequently to get the required sweetness this time. Then blend away until your mixture is frothed to your liking. Don’t forget to re-heat at the end.
