How to make an Irish Coffee


  • Half a cup of Irish Whiskey
  • 4 cups of strong black quality coffee
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup of whipped cream


Put the coffee, half of Irish whiskey and sugar into a saucepan and heat gently, but do not boil. Whip the cream and the remaining Irish whiskey in another dish until it is light. Pour the coffee mix into the cups and then spoon on the cream and serve immediately.

Makes 4 cups.
