How to make a Cappuccino
Ingredients:
1 espresso coffee
1 cup of hot milk
1 Teaspoon of cocoa powder
Method:
Heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk until extremely frothy. Pour your hot espresso into a cup, then add the foamed milk. The tricky part is to get the foam famously sitting on the top of the mix. You do this by gently shaking the foamed milk back and forth, while pouring over the espresso. Finish with the cocoa powder.
Makes 1 cup.
