How to make an iced Cognac Mocha coffee
An iced Cognac Mocha is a really simple coffee recipe, but don’t over do it with the Cognac!
There are a couple of ways to make it – the simplest method is to mix equal amounts of hot strong coffee, milk or cream (a 50/50 mix works best for me) and Cognac. The more time consuming (but much fuller in flavor) method is to make it with ice cubes made from coffee, crush them and then add the cream and Cognac. It should be sweet enough from the Liqueur, but add a small amount of sugar if desired.
